  17. <p>    Two black-bellied whistling ducks are going to make Jim
  18. Hautman, 25, a millionaire. His painting was chosen over 602
  19. other entries as the new $12.50 stamp to validate
  20. waterfowl-hunting licenses, and the Plymouth, Minn., artist will
  21. reap a windfall from reproductions and sales of future work. The
  22. easygoing Hautman, who's been painting wildlife since 1982, may
  23. "buy a cabin and take some hunting trips." Among his quarry,
  24. alas: ducks.
